What a flippin summer

It's incredible to think that we opened the Courtyard Creperie less than 6 months ago. Opening day was 15th April and we remember it well. We were both a bunch of nerves as well as full of excitement as we wondered how many people might come along. Yes we'd taken bookings due to the lockdown rules in place, but that didn't mean everyone, or indeed anyone, would turn up. But they did! A mixture of new faces and old friends that came to support us.

Fast forward through summer (if you can call it that) and we've had an unbelievable ride which has seen us provide crepes at a wedding at Rushton Hall, at Whittlebury for the F1 Grand Prix weekend, at a fantastic market held by "The little farm shop" at Rushden Lakes as well as our favourite pop ups in Blisworth (The Royal Oak) and Moulton (The Cardigan Arms) as well as the original and much loved Brampton Grange in Church and Chapel Brampton.

This autumn will see a few new locations for the creperie as well as a few changes to our website as it looks like crepes are here to stay.

All in all it's been a wonderful summer although I'm still sulking as we never got to launch our Pina Colada crepe. We were waiting for the sun to shine and for the rain to stop and to launch it on a beautiful summers day.......oh well there's always next year for that one.

With love Tracey and Bela
